How to view available customer categories
Client classification will help salon owners develop the most optimal Client care strategies. Help nail salons keep many loyal customers, find potential clients and change the quality of service for unsatisfied clients. To view customer classifications on Maby, follow these steps:
Step 1: After Signing in to Maby, select the Clients item on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: In the Client section, the salon owner can view Client information in many different ways when clicking on the boxes of Customer statistics at the upper right, Total Clients, and New Clients at the bottom.
Step 3: Select on Client Statistics, you will cover the store’s clients file with data recorded in each item, such as All Clients, New Clients, Loyal Clients, No-show Clients who do not come, Birthday Clients, and Inotive Clients who have not come back for a long time.
Step 4: If you want to see each item, select More Details in the New Clients section, and all new Clients will appear.

Step 4: If you want to see each item, tap More Detail to track that item.
