How to send bulk SMS to clients

Salon owners used to have to send individual messages to each of their clients to let them know what was going on, but now you can save time because Maby can send messages to all your clients at once.

Step 1: After signing in to Maby, select the Clients item on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: You will see the Total Clients below in the Clients section. You select on Total Clients, and all the salon’s clients will appear.

Step 3: You tick the box next to the word Avatar, and the system will automatically tick all salon customers on Maby.

Step 4: You click Send all customers, the box to compose a message to the customer will appear, enter the content and press Send to complete.

Thus, you are able to send messages, promotions, and opportunities to approach customers more closely.

Note:

  • SMS messages will be sent to customers who have registered accounts by phone number.
  • The number of SMS messages you can send is limited to 1000 messages/month
  • You can only send messages to customers who have made an appointment with your salon through Maby

Previously, salon owners had to individually send their clients messages about what was going on. Now, you may save time because Maby can send messages to all of your clients at once. To send bulk messages to clients, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the salon’s account on Maby, tap Clients.

Step 2: In the section Clients: Total Clients, New Clients, and Inactive Clients, tap on each box, and then all customer lists in that section will appear.

For example, the item Total Clients:

Step 3: To send a message to one customer, press and hold on to that client, then tap Send button on the right corner of the screen.

Or if you want to send messages to all customers on the Maby system, you just need to tap Send button on the right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Select the invitation message template to come to the salon and take care of customers available on the Maby system.

Step 5: Enter the content of the message you want to send to the customer, then tap Send button.

Next, a warning pops up “Are you sure you want to send this message?”, tap OK to continue.

So you’ve successfully delivered messages of thanks, promotion, and customer service!

Note:

  • SMS messages will be sent to customers who have registered accounts by phone number.
