How to rebook an appointment?
You can reschedule a previously scheduled missed nail appointment with just a few simple steps as follows:
Step 1: Click on the personal avatar icon, select My Appointment
Step 2: Scroll down to Other Appointments section, select the previously canceled appointment
Step 3: The old appointment information has been displayed, press Book again
Select Date & Time (create the time you want to make an appointment) => Next
Step 4: The old appointment schedule has already selected the services you have ordered, press the icons (Pencil) to select a Worker for each service
Select artirst and then press Next
Scroll down to enter a Note when you want to request a service and then press Next
As a final step, double check your appointment and tap Book now
The appointment will change to the status of Successful notification. So, you have rebooked the old appointment into a new one!
